As a Childcare Manager at Tiny Toez, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, support and develop your team, and make sure every child receives safe, high-quality care and early education. You'll be the driving force behind a warm, well-organised setting where staff feel supported and families feel confident in choosing Tiny Toez.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including staffing, routines and ratios
- Support, coach and develop room leaders, practitioners and apprentices
- Maintain compliance with EYFS, Ofsted requirements and Tiny Toez policies
- Build strong, trusted relationships with parents and carers
- Oversee safeguarding practice and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead where required
- Manage occupancy, enquiries and admissions alongside the wider team
- Monitor quality of care, learning and development across all rooms
- Support recruitment, induction and ongoing training of staff
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Early Years qualification as a minimum; Level 5 or above desirable
- Proven experience in a nursery management or deputy management role
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Safeguarding Lead training (or willingness to undertake this)
