A Deputy Manager helps provide day-to-day leadership across the nursery, supporting the Nursery Manager and helping the wider team deliver a warm, safe and consistent experience for children and families.
The role combines hands-on early years knowledge with leadership, organisation, safeguarding and communication. Deputies may also take additional responsibility when the Nursery Manager is unavailable.
