As a Nursery Room Leader at Tiny Toez, you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of your room, support and guide your team, and help create a caring, inspiring environment where children can learn, grow and thrive every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily running of your room, including routines, ratios and planning
- Guide and support practitioners and apprentices within your room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Carry out observations and maintain children's development records
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates on progress
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming room environment
- Support safeguarding practice and follow Tiny Toez policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced staff is desirable

- Warm, patient and nurturing approach with children
- Good communication with families and colleagues
- Organised, with an eye for detail
